Re-opens Summer 2010

The Royal, Clacton’s most historic hotel dating from 1890, will now re-open in summer 2010 after an multi million pound refurbishment.

The hotel will offer guests 23 individually designed en-suite bedrooms, many boasting exceptional sea views and overlooking the Pier. The Royal will pride itself on offering exceptional service providing guests with a café, restaurant and traditional ice cream parlour.

The Royal’s famous ballroom is being restored to its former glory and will make the perfect venue for any celebration, ball, private or corporate function. We will also be holding regular Party Nights – look out for details.
